12/31/2023 0 Comments Team fortress 2 scout pushIt deals mini-crits from behind, making it a perfect choice for ambush tactics. The Back Scatter: Mann Co.'s newest addition to the scout arsenal. It has only 2 weaknesses that I can see: It can only hold 4 shots in a clip, and your speed boost will be reset if you double-jump. You start off running MUCH slower than normal, but blast a few enemies' faces off, and you'll be running faster than normal. Baby Face's Blaster: This is one of those guns you have to centralize your loadout on. The work of the Devil, that's what the shortstop is!ĥ. This thing not only discourages the use of pistols as secondary weapons, it also makes pyros able to airblast you straight off the map. Its weapon stats aren't very good either: increased healing rate at the cost of increased knockback. It has a reduced clip size AND uses the same ammo as the pistol. In my opinion, this is a true laughing stock of weapons. The Shortstop: Valve must have been joking when they added this. I wouldn't reccomend it unless it's your only scattergun.Ĥ. It used to be a truly awesome weapon, but now it isn't worth the crafting cost of the force-a-nature, "bonk!" atomic punch, and reclaimed metal. I prefered the old effect: it dealt mini-crits when the meter was full. ![]() It has a "hype" meter that builds as you run, which can then be released to preform 5 air-jumps in a row. The Soda Popper: Really? This thing is just the force-a-nature with a can of "Bonk!" atomic punch taped to it! Like the force-a-nature, it has 2 shots in the clip, but lacks the extra bullets and knockback. However, it only has 2 shots in each clip, so if you take this thing on the battlefield, be prepared to reload often.ģ. ![]() To make it even better, you can get it by achieving "Scout Milestone 1", so it's relatively easy to find. ![]() The Force-A-Nature: There is almost nothing that I don't like about this gun: it shoots more bullets per shot than the default scattergun, it has a powerful knockback, and the knockback effect can be used to do a "triple jump". Its only benefit is that unlike every other scatergun, it doesn't have a reduced clip size, so you can fire six shots into your enemy's face without reloading.Ģ. It doesn't do a lot of damage, it doesn't fire or reload very fast, it just doesn't have very many qualities worth mentioning. Default scattergun: There isn't really much to say about this. Let's see what each of them have to offer:ġ. There aren't many of them, but each one offers a unique combat strategy. Alright, let's start off with primary scout weapons.
